Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you are completely pleased with the perfume or other product you have received from Wearoma online store! However, if you do need to return it, we offer the following options:
If you have changed your mind
All our customers have the right of return/exchange within 14 days after the reception of the goods for any (or no) reason. The perfume or any other beauty-related product needs to be unopened, unused, and returned in the same condition it was originally shipped. Please note that we are unable to process your exchange/refund until we receive the product back in its pristine condition with the original packaging. Kindly note that we do not refund any postage you may have been charged. Wearoma reserves the right not to accept returns/exchanges of used perfumes, used make up and cosmetics products, as well as used skincare and haircare products, as their nature would not permit us to sell these products again.
If the products suffer any damage while transportation
At Wearoma, we always do our best to ensure that perfume, makeup, cosmetics, or any other product arrives in perfect condition. However, if the mistake happens, we will change the damaged goods at no cost to the client or credit them in the customer’s account in case the change is impossible. If there is a gift set with one product missed or the order is not complete due to the improper packing or incorrect picking, we will complete the order or replace the particular item with no charge to the customer as well.
If you consider the product you have received is faulty
We will audit the affected consignment. Depending on the audit’s result we will make a decision whether the product is in proper condition or not. According to that decision, we will credit the product after the collection or we won’t credit it. If you still consider the product is faulty, we will collect it. In such a case, returns/exchanges are charged to the customer. Please note that we don’t accept complaints about the product’s packaging as it may differ from the one shown in our online store.
